I am currently in a season of self discovery and self care. I often times tend to feel burn out and frustrated and then the Lord had to remind me that it is important for me to take care of my body. Our bodies are God's temple and so we must take care of it. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 states that, " Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God?
